Welcome to this “site,” the purpose of this is to record and preserve local family history and genealogy.

Sometimes as families grow, history could be lost or mishandled. In some unfortunate situations, some family have not allowed the history to become known to other family that had just as much right to know it as they did. We do not want to fall into either of these two categories, hence this “site.”

It is important to be able to share the information with others who are interested. A very special appreciation we have for Sharon Crosby (post to come on Sharon) who gave us the writings and quiltings from Ada Bell Guthrie Boyd.
